Before carrying out any work on the charger, be sure to remember the graying precautions.
Never disconnect the battery or voltage regulator while the engine is running and the car's alternator is running accordingly.
Never allow field terminals to come into contact (field terminals) automobile generator and a cable attached to it with a housing.
Never swap both voltage regulator wires.
Never turn on the voltage regulator if it is connected to the case (immediate damage).
Never disassemble a car generator without first disconnecting the battery from the electrical circuit.
When installing the battery, make sure that the negative terminal is connected to the case.
Never use a lamp to test. directly connected to the main electrical network (110 or 220 V). Use only a test lamp rated for 12 V.
In case the battery built into the car. charged with a charger, both battery cables must be disconnected. Connect the positive terminal of the charger to the positive pole of the battery, and the negative terminal to the negative pole of the battery.
Incorrect wiring leads to damage to the rectifier and voltage regulator.
