- do not allow the generator to operate with the battery disconnected. This will cause short-term overvoltages at the output of the generator, which can damage the voltage regulator and electronic devices in the vehicle's on-board network;
- it is forbidden to check the generator's operability for «spark» even a short-term connection of the generator output with «weight». You can only check the generator with an ammeter and a voltmeter;
- never confuse the wires of the voltage regulator;
- never turn on the voltage regulator if it is connected in any way to «weight», otherwise it will be immediately damaged;
- never remove the generator if the battery is not disconnected from the on-board network;
- when installing the AB, pay attention to the fact that «negative» wire was connected to «mass»;
- it is forbidden to check the car's electrical wiring with a megger or a lamp powered by a voltage of more than 12 V. If such a check is necessary, then first disconnect the wires from the generator;
- if the battery is installed in the car and it is planned to be recharged with a charger, then disconnect both wires from the battery terminals. Correctly connect the charger to the AB terminals;
- «minus» AB must always be connected to «weight», A «plus» – connect to the generator output. An erroneous reverse connection of the battery will immediately cause damage to the rectifier and voltage regulator;
- when welding components and parts of the car body, disconnect the wires from all the terminals of the generator and battery.
