If there are any doubts about the efficiency of the starter, it should be removed from the car and taken to a service station, where they will measure the current consumption, starting torque, power under load and without load on a stand, completely disassemble it and check the technical condition of the parts.
It is recommended to remove only the voltage regulator assembly with the brush holder and brushes and the traction relay from the starter yourself.
