The device of the hub with a sliding clutch of the 5th gear synchronizer (see figure VC4.064):
1. Springs.
2. Rusks.
3. Sliding synchronizer sleeve (installation position: the cutout on the surface (A) and the wide protrusion (B) should be directed towards 5th gear).
4. Synchronizer hub.
5. Locking ring.
Insert the crackers into the recesses (arrows). Set the springs at an angle of 120° relative to each other. The bent end of the spring should be located in the hollow cracker.
Place the locking ring on the tube (3) (see figure VC 4.067).

Insert them together into the hub with the 5th gear synchronizer sliding sleeve.
The hooks (1) must be fixed in the grooves (2) of the sliding clutch for crackers.
Remove the locking ring from the tube (3).
