Checking the starter (VW Sharan 1)
To check the starter installed in the car, connect the starter terminals "30" together (big terminal) and "50" (small cable next to large terminal) using a wire with a cross-section of at least 4.0 mm. If the starter works, check the supply wire to the starter. If the starter does not turn on, it should be removed and tested on a stand. It is best to give the starter to qualified specialists at a service station for testing.
