High-pressure fuel pump (HPFP) of the distributor type, single-plunger, with a mechanical speed controller, automatic injection advance controller, with a manual starting device. On the HPFP of turbocharged diesel engines of the models "RA", "SB" and "AAZ" has a pneumatic type fuel supply corrector based on boost pressure.

The injection start pressure is adjusted by selecting the thickness of the adjusting washers, which are supplied as spare parts with a thickness of 1.00 to 1.95 mm with an interval of every 0.05 mm.
