Pull the cold engine start handle all the way out and check the crankshaft speed at fast idle, which should be within 1000-1100 rpm.
If the rotation speed deviates from the norm, loosen the locknuts of the fast idle speed adjusting screw 3 (Fig. 3-41). Pull the cold engine start handle all the way out and turn the screw to achieve the required value of the crankshaft rotation speed, then tighten the locknut of the adjusting screw.
