Synchronizers for 020 gearbox, 4- and 5-speed (VW Golf 2)

1. It is necessary to pay attention to the following remarks on gearboxes of type 020 it is installed on the side of the 1st speed gear. As a spare part, the ring has all the teeth.

3. When assembling, the hub must be installed on the surface of the drive hub to the 1st speed gear (photo 6.108).



4. Synchronizer 3 and 4 speed: the hub must be installed in a visible position (photo 6.117).



5. 5th speed synchronizer: during installation, it is necessary to ensure that the phase on the splines of the movable gear is directed towards the 5th speed gear.
