1. Remove the plug from the TSZ-H control system, to do this press the wire protector and remove it from the plug.
2. Connect a voltmeter between pins #4 and #2 of the plug.
3. Turn on the ignition. The measured voltage should more or less match the battery voltage (12 V). Otherwise, it is necessary to find a gust in the current circuit and eliminate it.
4. Turn off the ignition.
5. Plug the plug back into the socket of the TSZ-H control unit.
6. Remove the plug from the gallotron socket in the ignition distributor.
7. Connect a voltmeter between terminals No. 1 (-) and #15 (+) ignition coils.
8. Turn on the ignition. The voltage reading should be at least 2V, but after 1-2 seconds it should drop to 0V. Otherwise, the TSZ-H control system must be replaced.
9. The central wire of the plug connection of the ignition distributor must be shorted to ground for a short time. The voltage reading must increase to at least 2 V for a short time. Otherwise, a break in the central wire must be found and eliminated; if necessary, replace the ignition distributor.
10. Turn off the ignition.
11. Connect a voltmeter to the external contacts of the gallotron plug (ignition distributor)
12. Turn on the ignition. The value read must be at least 5 V.
