Replacing headlight bulbs (VW Golf 2)

Before replacing light bulbs, you must turn off the light switch.

1. Disconnect the plug with the rubber casing from the headlight (photo 4.8).



2. Squeeze the bracket that secures the lamp and tilt it.

3. Remove the bulb and install a new one so that the locking protrusion on the bulb plate fits into the gap in the reflector socket.

4. Fasten the yoke securing the lamp.

5. Put on the rubber cover.

6. Install the plug.

7. Check the light installation.
