If necessary, loosen the collar of the connecting sleeve and align the mufflers and exhaust pipes in such a way that sufficient distance is maintained between the exhaust system parts and the body and the suspensions are evenly loaded. The exhaust manifold and turbocharger are one unit.
Exhaust system (CAWA, CAWB)
- 1 - 25 Nm
- 2 - Suspension mount, replace if damaged
- 3 - Gasket, replace
- 4 - 40 Nm, replace, lubricate dowel pins of exhaust manifold with heat-resistant paste -G 052 112 AZ-
- 5 - Lambda probe -G39-, bank 1, probe 1.55 Nm. The threads of new lambda probes are already lubricated with heat-resistant paste, in already used lambda probes, lubricate only the thread with heat-resistant paste, heat-resistant paste must not get on the slots of the probe body
- 6 - Downpipe with catalysts. Risk of damage to the split element. The detachable element must not be bent more than 10°. Do not subject the split element to tensile stress. Do not damage the wire mesh on the split element, protect the catalytic converter from shock and shock loads
- 7 - Clamping sleeve, front, tighten screw connections evenly
- 8 - Nut, 25 Nm
- 9 - Bracket
- 10 - 25 Nm

- 13 - Exhaust pipe with middle and rear mufflers, manufactured as a single unit with the main muffler, can be replaced separately during repairs
