Instructions: The intake manifold must be removed.


Remove the electromagnetic valve 1 of the activated carbon canister "N80" "arrow" from the bracket. Disconnect the double check valve "1" and the fuel line "2".



Disconnect the hose clamp "1". Unscrew both bolts "arrows" from the fuel rail. Remove the fuel rail from the intake manifold.



Installation



Secure the fuel line. Further installation is carried out in the reverse order. Attach the electrical connector. Install the intake manifold.

Tightening torques


Fuel line adapter to fuel rail25 Nm
Fuel line (union nut) to the fuel rail adapter18 Nm
