  • 1 - Roller tappet, remains if necessary after removing the high-pressure fuel pump in the cylinder head, removable
  • 2 - O-ring round section, replace
  • 3 - Mechanical 1-piston high-pressure pump. There is an electric fuel pump in the fuel tank, which supplies fuel under a pressure of about 6 bar to the mechanical high-pressure pump. When installing the high-pressure fuel pump, it is necessary to prevent dirt from entering the fuel system, relieve the pressure in the fuel system, install the fuel line without tension
  • 4 - Fuel pressure regulator "N₂76"
  • 5 - Hole in the cylinder head for the fuel injection pump
  • 6 - Injectors, replace O-rings, ensure correct installation position
  • 7 - Hall sensor "G40"
  • 8 - Valve 1 of the variable valve timing system "N₂05"
  • 9 - High pressure pump bolts, 10 Nm, replace
  • 10 - Fuel line nipple from the fuel tank
  • 11 - Fitting for fuel line to fuel rail (Rail), 22 Nm
