Motor housing
The housings of engines without injection and with recharging differ from each other. The engine housings with recharging have a jet of oil for cooling the bottom of the valves.

Cylinders
The cylinders are made directly in the body. Their diameters vary depending on the markings stamped on the body (see table in subsection 2.1 "Technical specifications").
Main camshaft bearings
The camshaft has 7 bearings. The half-liners on the body side have grooves, the half-liners in the covers do not have grooves. The crankshaft lateral clearance is determined by the intermediate bearing. Each main bearing cap is secured with two bolts. All mounting bolts are the same.

Oil jets
Oil jets are installed only in the housings of engines with recharging. Each jet is adjusted so that the oil pressure is 0.15 MPa higher than in other parts of the engine. This is dictated by the need to ensure adequate oil consumption at idle. The bolts securing the nozzle must be coated with sealing agent AMV 188 100 02 before installation.
