To increase the luggage compartment capacity, the rear bench seat can be folded down: on a vehicle with a split rear bench seat, each of the two parts of the seat can be folded down separately.

The rear seat head restraints must be removed before folding the seat.

On vehicles with a partition net, you must first release the locking screws of the net frame before folding the rear seat.

To avoid damaging the seats, before folding the rear seat, position the front seats so that the back of the rear seat does not rest against the front seats.

Make sure that the seat belts are not caught and damaged when the seat is returned to its place.

Warning: The rear seat back must be securely locked to prevent any object from being thrown forward in the event of emergency braking.
