With the long luggage cover you can transport skis and other long items without getting them dirty or damaging the interior of your car.
Loading the case
The long luggage cover can be loaded from the luggage compartment side.
1. Open the rear door and clear the middle of the luggage compartment of any luggage items.
2. Press the release button of the cover of the device for loading the cover in the luggage compartment and fold the cover down.
3. Fold forward the center armrest in the rear of the cabin.
4. Press the release button on the cover of the device for loading the cover in the passenger compartment downwards and fold the cover outwards.
5. Remove the cover and unfold it.
6. Remove the seat belt tongue from the holder on the cover.
7. Slide skis or other long objects through the luggage compartment into the passenger compartment.
Fixing the cover
Once loaded, the cover must be securely fastened. If the car is equipped with a two-point center seat belt, there is a fastening strap on the cover.
Insert the fastening strap (A) of the cover into the middle seat belt buckle (B). Pull the seat belt tightly by the free end (C).
On vehicles with a lap seat belt, the cover is secured using the belt.
Pull the belt out and throw it over the bottom of the cover. Insert the belt tongue into the corresponding buckle. Pull the belt by the other end and let the belt roll up.
