NOTE: All items of luggage must be securely fastened.
To maintain good driving characteristics of the car it is necessary:
- distribute the load as evenly as possible;
- put heavy things as far forward as possible;
- secure all items of luggage in the trunk with suitable straps to the lashing eyes.
WARNING: Unsecured luggage or other items can cause serious damage. Unsecured items in the trunk can shift and impair vehicle stability and control. Unsecured items in the passenger compartment can fly forward during sudden maneuvers or in an accident and cause injury to the driver and passengers. Always secure luggage in the trunk and use suitable tension straps for heavy items.
CAUTION: When transporting heavy items of luggage, always remember that the vehicle's center of gravity may change, which in turn may change the vehicle's handling characteristics.
NOTE: To allow air to escape from the passenger compartment, the gaps in front of the rear must not be blocked.
Cover for long items of luggage
This cover allows you to transport long items (for example, skis), without polluting or damaging the car interior.
Loading and securing
Open the back door.
Open the hatch cover by pressing the button.
Fold the hatch cover down. Fold the storage compartment between the rear seats all the way down.
Press the button on the lid in the passenger compartment downwards and fold it down.
Remove the long load cover and straighten it out.
Slide the long object into the cover. Secure the cover with a strap.
Close the back door.
Laying down an empty cover
Close the luggage compartment hatch.
Carefully fold the cover. Close the lid in the cabin.

Covering the luggage compartment - pull the shelf back by handle A (Fig. 1.68) and hook it on the sides.

Removal the luggage compartment shelf
Unlock the shelf in the direction of arrow B and lift it up.
Please note that if there are items of clothing or other objects on the shelf, rear visibility through the rear window may be limited.
NOTE: To allow air to escape from the passenger compartment, the gaps under the rear window must not be blocked.
