Warning: Make sure that items on the luggage compartment shelf do not obstruct the rear view through the interior rearview mirror. Also, do not block the air outlets under the rear window.
Warning: Do not place heavy or hard objects on the luggage compartment shelf, and do not place people or animals on them – they become dangerous for passengers in the car during emergency braking or a collision!
Warning: Care should be taken to ensure that no objects rub against the conductive wires of the rear door glass heating.
On a sedan, when the trunk lid is opened, the shelf rises.
If it is necessary to transport bulky luggage, the shelf can be removed.
1. Unhook the tie-down straps from the rear door (top arrows). Pull the shelf back out of the brackets (bottom arrows).
2. When installing, slide the shelf forward into the side holders and attach the securing straps to the rear door.
