Opening and closing the front ashtray
To open, slide the ashtray lid (front in center console) forward.
To close, push the lid slightly forward. The lid will close on its own.
Emptying the ashtrays
Slide knurled plate A (pic. 1.65) to the right.
Lift the ashtray insert up and empty it.
Using a cigarette lighter
Push the button into the cigarette lighter.
Wait until the button retracts.
Remove the cigarette lighter and light a cigarette from a heated to red coil.
Opening rear ashtrays
Press key (pic. 1.66).
Instead of ashtrays, there may be stowage compartments.
There is a socket in the center console at the back.
ATTENTION: The cigarette lighter is also operable when the ignition is off and the key is removed from the ignition lock. Therefore, never leave children unattended in the car.
Plug sockets
An electrical consumer can be connected to each 12-volt socket.
Electrical appliances can be connected to each 12-volt socket in the front and rear of the center console, as well as to the 12-volt socket in the luggage compartment. In this case, the power of each energy consumer cannot exceed 120 watts.
NOTE: When the engine is not running and electrical appliances are plugged in, the battery will discharge.
First aid kit
A special holder for a first-aid kit is located on the left side in the luggage compartment under the cover.
Removing the cover
Open the back door.
Pull out the left side cover in the direction of the arrow (pic. 1.67).
NOTE: The first aid kit must meet the relevant requirements. Keep track of the expiration date of medicines in the first aid kit. After the expiration date, purchase a new first-aid kit that fits the shape and size of the holder as soon as possible.
