Cars without rear side airbags
Instructions: The following describes the work on removal and installation on the left side of the car. Removal and installation on the right side is carried out in a similar manner.
Remove the rear wheel arch trim (cars without rear side airbags). Remove the rear threshold trim. Remove the C-pillar trim. Unscrew screw-1- (40 Nm) and disconnect the seat belt eye "2" from the body.
Loosen screw "1" (40 Nm) and remove the seat belt inertia reel "2" from the mount.
Cars with rear side airbags
Instructions: The following describes the work on removal and installation on the left side of the car. Removal and installation on the right side is carried out in a similar manner.
Remove the negative terminal from the battery. Remove the rear wheel arch trim (cars with rear side airbags). Remove the rear door sill trim. Remove the cargo flooring from the vehicle. Remove the spare wheel from the vehicle. Remove the other parts located in the luggage compartment from the vehicle. Remove the rear end panel trim. Remove the side luggage compartment trim panel. Remove the roof end trim. Remove the C-pillar trim. Unscrew screw "1" (40 Nm) and disconnect seat belt eye "2" from the body. Disconnect electrical connector "1".
Loosen screw "2" (40 Nm) and remove the seat belt inertia reel "3" from the mount.
