Location of clamps (A) and mounting bolt (B) of fuel hoses

Execution order
1. Place a suitable container under the fuel filter.
2. To ensure air flow into the fuel system, loosen the clamp (A) and unscrew the bolt (B) securing the hose, see Fig. Location of clamps (A) and bolt (B) securing the fuel hoses.
3. Unscrew the air bleed screw at the top of the filter and loosen the drain plug at the bottom and drain the liquid (about 100 cm³) until clean fuel appears. For targeted draining of liquid, you can put a hose on the plug.
Warning: Do not drain the entire contents of the fuel filter.
4. Screw the air bleed screw into the top of the filter and the plug into the bottom.
Warning: After draining the water from the fuel filter, it is not necessary to bleed the fuel system.
5. To close the air supply to the fuel system, tighten the clamp (A) and screw in the bolt (B) securing the hose to the bracket, see Fig. Location of clamps (A) and bolt (B) securing the fuel hoses.
6. The fuel system will be bled automatically after the engine is started. After several presses of the accelerator pedal, the fuel without bubbles should flow through the transparent pipe to the high-pressure fuel pump.

7. Visually check the fuel system for leaks, especially at the fuel filter connections.
