Turn on the ignition. Open and close the throttle valve. At the same time, a click in valve 1 should be heard twice (pic. 2-58) ignition delay control. If no clicks are heard, disconnect the idle speed control connector. Connect the probe to the regulator block. In this case, the LED should light up. Open throttle: LED should turn off.
If the LED goes out and lights up as indicated, replace the valve.
If the LED does not illuminate, check the continuity of the valve circuit. If the circuit is correct. replace the idle speed control stepper motor. If the LED does not go out, replace the idle speed control motor. The operation of the valve can also be checked as follows: turn on the ignition, open and close the throttle. In this case, the click of the valve should be heard twice; if there is a click, start the engine at idle, disconnect valve connector 2, then reconnect it. In this case, the idle speed of the crankshaft should increase, then decrease, which indicates the correct setting of the ignition timing; if the above conditions are not met, replace the valve with a new one.
