• 1 - temperature sensor, 10 Nm
• 2 — thermal switch, 10 Nm

For automatic engine starting.

• 3 - connecting pipe
• 4 - locking bracket
• 5— thermal switch, 10 Nm

For intake air heater

• 6 - sealing ring
• 7 — bolt, 10 Nm
• 8 — bolt, 20 Nm
• 9 — coolant pump
• 10 - sealing gasket
• 11 — lower coolant hose
• 12 - thermostat

Opening start approximately +85°C; end - about +105°C; valve stroke not less than 7 mm.

• 13 — upper coolant hose
• 14 — coolant pipeline
• 15 - to the expansion tank
• 16 - to the heat exchanger
• 17 - from the heat exchanger

6-cylinder engine

• 1 - bolt, 25 Nm
• 2 - belt pulley
• 3 — bolt, 20 Nm
• 4 - coolant pump
• 5 - sealing ring
• 6 — throttle valve pipe
• 7 - from the cylinder head
• 8 - coolant pump in the heat exchanger circuit
• 9 - connecting plug
• 10 - locking bracket
• 11 — temperature sensor

For air conditioning system.

• 12 - from the heat exchanger
• 13 - to the heat exchanger
• 14 — expansion tank cap
• 15 — casing
• 16 — bolt, 10 Nm
• 17 — expansion tank
• 18 — upper coolant hose
• 19 — lower coolant hose
• 20 — transmission oil radiator

Only available with automatic transmission.

• 21 — thermostat housing

Opening start approximately +85°C; end - about +105°C; valve stroke not less than 7 mm.

• 22 — coolant pipeline
• 23 - oil radiator
• 24 — to the engine cylinder block
• 25 — Coolant drain plug
