System components associated with the coolant pump (VW Caddy 3)

List of parts and components of the cooling system (coolant pump) with technological recommendations for repair for figure VC2.086:
1. Main timing belt:
- Before removing, mark the direction of travel.
2. Coolant pump:
- check for jamming;
- if damaged or loses tightness, replace the entire assembly.
3. Timing belt cover rear part fastening screw: 10 Nm.
4. Rear part of the timing belt cover.
5. Upper part of the timing belt cover.
6. Lower part of the timing belt cover.
7. Timing belt drive lower cover fastening screw: 10 Nm.
8. Crankshaft pulley (poly V-belt).
9. Crankshaft pulley mounting screw 90 Nm + tighten by 1/4 turn (90*);
- replace with a new one during assembly;
- lubricate with engine oil.
10. Timing belt drive lower casing fastening screw: 10 Nm.
11. Coolant pump mounting screw: 20 Nm.
12. Crankshaft toothed pulley.
