Please note: Depending on the configuration, vehicles may also be equipped with one cooling system fan. The removal and installation process is the same as described below for the dual fan.
List of cooling system components installed on the body, with technological recommendations for carrying out repair work for Figure VC2.084:
1. Coolant hose, upper.
2. Sealing ring;
- replace with a new one during assembly.
3. Radiator:
- after replacement, change the coolant.
4. Lid:
- the safety valve in the lid should open at a pressure of 0.14-0.16 MPa(1.4-1.6 bar).
5. Coolant level sensor connector.
6. Expansion tank mounting screw: 5 Nm.
7. Expansion tank.
8. Radiator bracket.
9. Radiator bracket mounting screw: 5 Nm.
10. Lower rubber radiator mounting cushion.
11. Fan mounting screw: 10 Nm.
12. Fan bracket.
13. Fan bracket mounting screw: 5 Nm.
14. Radiator fan No. 2 (V177).
15. Fan connector.
16. Radiator fan (V7).
17. Coolant hose, lower:
- fixed to the radiator with a mounting bracket.
18. Spring lock.
19. Radiator outlet coolant temperature sensor (G83).
20. Sealing ring:
- replace with a new one during assembly.
21. Sealing ring.
