Removal



1. Bring the hood lock console to the service position.

2. Drain the coolant.

3. Remove the guide screen with the air intake.

4. Disconnect the cooling system hoses from the radiator.

5. Unscrew the right and left radiator support mounting screws.

6. Tilt the radiator back slightly and remove it.

Installation



Installation is carried out in reverse order.

Attention!
  • The air conditioning circuit containing the refrigerant must not be sealed.
  • To avoid damage to the condenser and air conditioning system lines and hoses, ensure that lines and hoses are routed without tension, kinks or bends.


Removal the radiator for vehicles equipped with air conditioning



Loosen the coolant line clamps.

Remove the mounting screws (2) from the condenser on the radiator.

Remove the radiator from the radiator frame.

Carefully pull the radiator slightly to the right and unscrew the side mounting screw (arrow) of the condenser on the radiator.
