Removal
Remove the switch on the steering column.
Mark the steering wheel shaft lock housing for drilling a hole: a = 12 mm, b = 10 mm.
Drill into the steering wheel shaft lock housing with a 3 mm drill until the lock cylinder retaining spring is felt. This corresponds to a drilling depth of approximately 3 mm.
Compress the locking spring with the back of the drill and pull out the lock cylinder together with the inserted key.
Installation
By turning the key slightly, press the lock cylinder into the housing until it stops.
Close the drilling hole.
Install the switch on the steering column.
