Check the tension by pressing with your thumb: permissible deflection is 10 mm.
- 12 — bolt, 25 Nm
- 13 — V-belt pulley
When installing the pulley, ensure that the pulleys on the crankshaft and impeller pump are located in the same plane.
- 14 — adjusting washer
For diesel engines only.
- 15 — bolt, 20 Nm
- 16 — rear swivel bracket
- 17 - impeller pump
Note: The replacement pumps supplied do not have oil, so before installation fill the pump with automatic transmission oil (ATF - Dexron) and turn it by hand.
