Removal and installation the internal door lock button (VW Golf 4)

Removal

Release the button by turning it 180° clockwise or counterclockwise and pull it up to remove the button.

Installation

1. Install the door lock button on the rod with the mark on the button facing the outside of the vehicle.

2. Press the lock button and in this position turn the lock button 180°.

Warning: When in the locked position, the lock button must protrude 2 mm from the door trim.
