Disconnect the battery.
ATTENTION! Do not proceed with the dismantling of the block head if the engine temperature is above 40°C.
Remove the turbocharger.
Drain the liquid from the cooling system.
Disconnect the cooling system hoses and electrical wires suitable for the cylinder head.
Disconnect and plug all fuel lines associated with body-mounted fuel hoses. Remove the intake and exhaust manifolds.
Using a special rod wrench, unscrew the block head bolts in the reverse order indicated in fig. 182. Remove the bolts and remove the block head. Remove the pad. Bolts and gasket cannot be reused.
