In models with fuel injection, the method of removing the engine is the same as described in the previous paragraph. Only with the difference that no attention is paid to the disconnection of the carburetor and related parts. But the equipment elements of the gasoline injection system must be disconnected.
1. Disconnect the flexible pipes from the heating valve (green cube).
2. Disconnect the wire harness from the cold start valve (blue cube).
3. Disconnect the fittings from the auxiliary air valve.
4. Disconnect the throttle cable, but do not remove the safety clip.
5. Remove the cold start valve, but leave the fuel pipes connected. Hang them on the side.
6. Disconnect the air drive tube attached to the throttle body.
7. Disconnect the reduced pressure fittings from the drive manifold and vacuum accessories.
8. Leaving the fuel pipes connected, unscrew the fixing bolts and remove the heating valve from the cylinder block. Put it aside.
9. Unscrew the injectors from the engine head and plug the holes. Disconnect the injector wires from the bracket mounted on the throttle body and set them aside.
10. Disconnect the low pressure pipes from the tee on the throttle body near the engine chamber baffle. Set the flexible tubes aside.
11. Disconnect the wire from the oil temperature sensor.
12. When removing the engine and gearbox, care must be taken when maneuvering the assembly so as not to damage the engine equipment. The drive unit must first be pushed forward, then rotated and lifted.
