Writing off the course of work, we proceed from the fact that the cylinder head is removed and the valves are removed (see previous section).
The old valve stem seal should be lifted up with pliers or a screwdriver. This must be done patiently and carefully so as not to scratch the cup pusher guides.
Insert the finished lapped valve into the cylinder head.
Mounting sleeve (it comes with new stem seals) put on the valve stem. This bushing protects new seals from damage, which can be damaged by the sharp grooves of the valve stem cotters.
Put on the stem seal. The workshop uses the 10-204 pressure tool for this purpose.
Auxiliary tools can be used: a suitable socket wrench, a tubular part, etc.
