All self-locking nuts should be replaced.
Lubricate the clutch release sleeve and the drive shaft gear engagement with MoS2 grease.
Before installing the gearbox, check whether the two installation bushings for centering the engine and gearbox are inserted into the engine block. Replace if necessary.
Place on mounting bushings and lubricate the connector.
Connect the engine and gearbox with bolts.
The block, consisting of the engine and gearbox, is lowered into the car.
First, attach the gearbox support on the left to the gearbox, adjusting the rubber-metal support to the middle position.
First, loosely attach the engine support on the right and the gearbox support on the left to the body, adjust and then tighten the bolts firmly.
First attach the gearshift mechanism supports to the rear of the gearbox, and then lightly tighten the bolts to the body.
Align the rear supports and tighten the threads securely.
Connect the limiters at the front, exactly in the middle position.
Don't forget about the existing negative cable and the "braid".
After connecting the exhaust system, the main muffler must be positioned so that both retaining loops at its rear end are loaded evenly.
If necessary, bend the mounting hooks slightly.
The following should be adjusted: the gas traction (see chapter "Diesel injection system"), free play of the clutch (see chapter "Clutch"). idle speed (see chapter "Diesel injection system").
