Rear wheel alignment
The angles of the rear wheels are adjusted using silent blocks with eccentric bushings (pic. 27).
Rear wheel camber: 1°25'±30'. Rear wheel toe: 0°15'±20'.
Replacement of an arm of a suspension bracket of a reducer of the back bridge
To replace the suspension pad, remove the rear axle reduction gear suspension bracket. Press the suspension pad out of the bracket using a press.
Replacing the silent blocks of the subframe mounting bracket
Remove the subframe mounting bracket from the vehicle. Install a chisel between the silent block and the bracket, use the lever to remove the liner, then use the pliers to remove the second part of the liner. Set the new bearing at a 40°angle to the longitudinal axis of the vehicle using tool 3084's measuring disc. Use tool 3128 to install the bearing. Install the second part of the bearing, making sure that the splines of both halves are properly aligned. Install the assembly on the car and check the wheel alignment angles on the optical stand.
Rear wheel alignment
Adjustment of the angles of installation of the rear wheels is carried out with the help of silent blocks of eccentric bushings. Adjustment is made as follows. With a negative camber angle, turn the eccentric up. With a positive camber angle, turn the eccentric down. With positive convergence, turn the eccentric forward. With negative convergence, turn the eccentric back.
