The engines described use a standard flywheel design, bolted directly to the crankshaft flange. To remove the flywheel, it must be locked (for example, using a screwdriver) and unscrew the mounting bolts. These bolts cannot be reused.
Before installing the bolts, it is necessary to apply the fixing compound "D6" to their threaded part, which is intended for threaded connections. The "grasping" effect of the compound begins after 30 minutes, and complete hardening occurs within 3-4 hours. Before applying cocraBQ, the threaded surfaces must be cleaned and degreased. The bolts are tightened with a torque of 100 Nm, if there are flanges, or with a torque of 75 Nm, if there are none. The toothed crown is installed on the flywheel with tension.
