List of parts and assemblies with notes on installation work for Figure VC2.140:
1. Front cylinder block cover fastening screw: 15 Nm.
2. Front crankshaft oil seal:
- distinctive feature: without internal ring spring;
- do not additionally lubricate the working edge of the lip seal;
- replace when repairing the engine.
3. Front cylinder block cover:
- installed on centering bushings;
- for removal and installation, remove the oil pan.
4. Grub screw: 10 Nm:
- replace when repairing the engine.
5. Cylinder block.
6. Sealing ring;
- replace when repairing the engine.
7. Threaded plug: 100 Nm.
8. Flywheel mounting screw: 60 Nm, tighten further by 1/4 turn (90°):
- when repairing the engine, replace it with a new one.
9. Flywheel.
10. Intermediate plate:
- installed on centering bushings;
- avoid bending or damage during installation.
11. Rear cover of the cylinder block.
