Removal



1. Remove the soundproofing casing.

2. Mark the direction of movement of the poly V-belt.

3. To loosen the tension of the poly V-belt, turn the tensioner in the direction shown by the arrow.

For engines with the letter designation BSE and BSF



Secure the tensioner using the rod clamp (1).

4. Remove the poly V-belt.

Installation



Installation is carried out in reverse order, and the following instructions must be observed.

Attention!
  • On vehicles without air conditioning, the belt is installed last on the alternator pulley.
  • On vehicles with air conditioning, the belt is installed last on the air conditioning compressor pulley.


Upon completion of the work, it is necessary to: start the engine and check the movement of the drive belt.
