Filling the lubrication and cooling system (VW Golf 2)

1. Connect all hoses and check that the heater valve is set to maximum.

2. It is necessary to pour coolant into the expansion tank until its level reaches the "Max" mark.

3. Start the engine, insert and tighten the expansion tank cap, increase engine speed to 2500 rpm, paying attention to the coolant level.

4. Stop the engine and, if necessary, top up the coolant level to the maximum. Screw in the plug.

5. Warm up the engine to normal operating temperature (i.e. until the electric fan is turned on).

6. Check the coolant level again after the fluid has cooled.
