The injection quantity of the accelerator pump should be checked if the consumption of gasoline is increased, there is a deterioration in the process when gas is given, the engine does not perceive the gas supply well and accelerates with a delay.
Run the engine briefly to fill the float chamber.
Remove air filter.
Open air damper (upper choke in carburetor) and jam with wire.
Make a tube according to the drawing.
Unscrew the tube from the 3mm tube. Inner diameter 1.5 mm. Put a suitable plug on the end of the tube.
Put the tube on the accelerator pump tube.
Move the throttle valve until fuel exits the tube.
Place a beaker under the tube. Open throttle 5 times (with a pace of one stroke in 3 seconds).
Divide the injected quantity by 5. Compare the result with the reference value, adjust if necessary. Value see table "Carburetor basic data".
In contrast to the set value, adjust the injection quantity: (A) — increase in the amount of injection; (b) = reduced injection quantity.
The main cone should be directed to the edge of the nozzle of the fuel metering system, if necessary, equalize the injection flow.
