Remove the fuel filter.

Remove the bypass cover from the EGR radiator.

Remove the three-phase generator.

NOTE: When removing the oil seal, be careful not to damage the seating surface.


Carefully remove the old sealing ring using the T20143/1 puller (fig. 2.178).

Remove any remaining oil from the drive shaft of the three-phase generator using a clean cloth.

Press the inner part of the seal outward as shown in Figure 2.179.

Screw the guide sleeve T10208/1 by hand to the drive shaft of the three-phase generator and carefully install the seal A until it stops (fig. 2.180).

First install the T10208/2 stop, then press the inner part of the oil seal until it stops.
