Removal
Instructions: Before disconnecting the connector, turn off the ignition and wait at least 30 seconds.
Disconnect connector "1" from the parking brake motor.
Unscrew both bolts of the Torx "arrow" of the parking brake motor attachment. Remove the parking brake motor from the brake caliper. Remove the O-ring.
In doing so, care must be taken to ensure that the annular groove of the sealing ring and the mating surfaces of the parking brake motor are not damaged. Clean the annular groove and the mating surface of the parking brake motor.
Installation
Before installing, lightly lubricate the new sealing ring with brake fluid. Turn the lead screw back a little using an 8 mm Allen key "A" so that the parking brake motor can be installed correctly.

Caution: Do not remove the sealing ring during installation of the parking brake motor.
Carefully install the parking brake motor by properly fitting the O-ring. Turn the parking brake motor so that the bolt holes for its mounting and the threaded holes in the caliper match. At the same time, it is necessary to ensure a tight fit of the parking brake motor to the brake caliper. Never press the parking brake motor into the brake caliper using the mounting bolts. Screw in the bolts Tox "arrows" by hand, and then tighten them. Attach the connector. Perform a basic brake system installation. Connect the tester-VAS 5051-and select the function.
