The measurement of the internal diameter of the cylinder is carried out with a special measuring device - a bore gauge in the upper, middle and lower parts of the cylinder (Fig. 60). The measurements are carried out in exactly the same way as on the VR6 engine and must be carried out several times (see p. 2.4.2).
