1 - cylinder head gasket
Always replace. After replacement, change all coolant. There are sealing gaskets of different thicknesses. Always install the gasket with the same marking as the gasket removed. Check the piston protrusion if necessary.
2 — bolt, 20 Nm
3 - cylinder head
After replacement, change all coolant. The maximum permissible non-flatness is 0.1 mm. No additional surface treatment is allowed.
4 — eye
5 — bolt, 8 Nm
For engine cover.
6 — cylinder head mounting bolt
Always replace the bolt with a new one. Release sequence: from 10 to 1.
Tighten the cylinder head mounting bolts in 4 stages.
The sequence of puffs in each technique: from 1 to 10.
Tightening instructions:
Reception 1: 40 Nm.
Reception 2: 60 Nm.
Step 3: Tighten by 90° (¼ turn) in the tightening direction.
Step 4: Tighten by 90° (¼ turn) in the tightening direction.
7 - oil deflector
8 — cylinder head cover
With vulcanized seal. If the seal is damaged, the cylinder head cover must be replaced.
9 - sealing cuff
Replace if damaged.
10 — lid
Replace the seal if damaged.
11 — ventilation system tube
12 — clamp
13 — pressure regulating valve

14 - seal
Replace if damaged.
15 — bolt, 10 Nm
16 - high pressure fuel lines, 25 Nm
Remove using the HAZET 4560 ring spanner. Remove the pipes as a complete set, do not change the shape of the bends.
17 — bracket
For engine cover.
18 — bolt, 20 Nm
19 - vacuum pump
For brake booster.
20 — bolt, 20 Nm
21 - sealing gasket
Always replace.
