Caution: When opening, hot steam may be released from the expansion tank, wrap the cap with a rag and open the tank.
Open the cap of the expansion tank of the cooling system.

Install the cooling system tester with the cooling system adapter on the expansion tank (fig. 2.184).
Using the tester's hand pump, create an excess pressure of approximately 1.0 bar.
If the pressure drops,
find and fix the leak.
