The following operations can be performed by means of remote radio control without the use of mechanical keys: (keys 1 and 2):
- lock and unlock the car with the central lock;
- turn on and off the self-locking and alarm system;
- limit the operation of the individual door opening mode to the driver's door only;
- unlock the trunk lid (key 3).
The radio transmitter with battery is located in the head of the radio key. The receiver is located in the car interior.

The maximum range depends on many factors. As the batteries discharge, the range decreases.
To unlock the vehicle, while in the device's coverage area, point the radio key in the direction of the vehicle and briefly press the unlock button 1.
To lock the car, briefly press the lock button 2.
Pressing the lock button 2 twice switches off the self-locking system and the alarm system.
If you intend to unlock or lock the car with a mechanical key, you must first open the key bit. To do this, press the appropriate button. To remove the key bit, you must also press this button.
With the self-locking system and alarm system switched on: When the vehicle is unlocked using the release button 1 of the radio key, all locks are automatically locked again if no vehicle door or boot lid is opened within 30 seconds. The self-locking system and alarm system are inactive during these 30 seconds. This prevents the vehicle from being unlocked unintentionally within the range of the remote control.
Protection against unintentional influences
If the vehicle is locked and an unintentional action is made on a sensor in any door (for example, branches of bushes) and each time the sensor searches for the key fob, this sensor is switched off for at least 30 minutes. If the sensor in the right front door or in one of the rear doors is affected, the sensors of all these doors are switched off. If the sensor in the driver's door is affected, only this sensor is switched off. The sensors are activated again when the car is unlocked with the remaining active sensor, or the trunk lid is opened.
