Directions
- In right-hand drive vehicles, the switch layout is different, however, the symbols on the buttons and knobs are the same as those in left-hand drive vehicles.
- When using the lighting fixtures described below, you must follow the local codes and regulations.
- If the headlights, parking lights and direction indicators are not turned off after the key is removed from the ignition switch, a buzzer will sound when the driver's door is opened. When the driver's door is closed, the buzzer will turn off.
1 - Main outdoor lighting switch
- Off.
- Position lights or parking lights (1). In this position, the indicator light next to the parking lights symbol is on (parking lighting.
- Low or high beam headlights. Headlights are on only when the ignition is on. When the engine is started and after the ignition is switched off, the headlights automatically switch to the parking light mode.
(1) On export models, when the ignition is on with the parking lights on, the dipped headlights additionally light up.
Switching the high / low beam headlights and the high beam signal is carried out using the left steering column switch.
- Fog lights.
To turn on the fog lights, set the switch to the parking lights or low/high beam position to the first level. When the fog lamps are switched on, the control lamp next to the fog lamp symbol lights up.
- Rear fog lights.
On vehicles without front fog lights, the rear fog lights come on when the switch is set to the side lights or low/high beam position to the first level.
On vehicles with front fog lamps, set the switch to position lights or low/high beam to the second level.
When the rear fog lamps are switched on, the control lamp next to the fog lamp symbol lights up.
Due to their strong glare, fog lamps should only be switched on when visibility is poor, in accordance with local traffic regulations.
Note: The electrical system of the trailer is designed in such a way that when a trailer with fog lights is connected, the tractor lights are automatically switched off.
2 - Instrument lighting dimmer
When the outdoor lighting is on, the brightness of the instrument lighting is adjusted by turning the knob.
3 - Adjusting the direction of the headlights
With the electric remote control, you can change the vertical adjustment of the headlights depending on the vehicle load, thereby avoiding unnecessary glare to oncoming drivers and ensuring optimal visibility.
The headlights can only be adjusted when the dipped beam is on. Turn the knurled knob down to lower the light beam (-).
4 - Alarm
When the alarm is on, the control lamp of the switch flashes. The alarm system works also at the switched-off ignition.

6 - Front seat heating control
The front seat cushions and backrests can be heated when the ignition is on. Heating is switched on and regulated by turning the knurled handle to the right (there are several levels of heating intensity). To turn off the heating, turn the knob to the left as far as it will go.
7 - Rear window heating switch
The heating only works when the ignition is on. When the heating is turned on, the control lamp on the switch lights up.
As soon as the rear window becomes transparent, the heating should be turned off, as reducing electricity consumption reduces fuel consumption.
On vehicles with electrified exterior mirrors, their heating is switched on together with the heated rear window.
