Loosen the bolts securing the pump cover and remove it together with the bushing, shaft and impeller, detach the cover from the gasket plane with light blows of a plastic mallet.
Unscrew the thermostat fitting and remove the thermostat with the sealing cuff.
The pump cover is integral with the bearing and cannot be separated from it; if a fault is detected, they are replaced as a set.
Install the pump body gasket, having first applied sealant.
Assemble the pump in the reverse order of disassembly.
Exhaust system:
A - EP engine;
B - engines YN, WV, YP, OT;
B—DS engine.
1 - gasket;
2 - exhaust pipe;
3 — bracket for mounting the muffler inlet pipe;
4 — bracket for mounting the exhaust pipe on vehicles with automatic transmission;
5 - intermediate pipe;
6 - intermediate pipe on cars with automatic transmission;
7 - front muffler;
8 - rear muffler.
