Examination
1. Turn off the ignition and turn on the washer with the power lever. If water does not spray onto the windshield, disconnect the plug.
2. Connect a voltage indicator to both contacts of the plug.
3. Turn on the ignition and turn off the washer. The indicator should show the battery voltage (12 V). Otherwise, check the wiring according to the electrical diagram (see subsection 10.20.25, subsection 10.20.26).
Replacement
1. Disconnect the plug.

2. Disconnect the hoses of the headlight washer water jets (A), the windshield washer water jets (B) and the rear window washer (C) and plug them with suitable plugs.
Attention! If the water pump is to be replaced, a new one must already be prepared.
3. Remove the pump from the spare tank and close the hole in the tank with your thumb.
4. Install the new pump into the gasket. A small amount of fluid will leak out.
5. Put on the plug.
6. Check the operation of the water pump.
