Coat rubber sealing surfaces or rubber sliding surfaces with talc or silicone spray from time to time to maintain their elasticity.
These means can also be used to get rid of whistling and creaking noises when doors are closed.
The noise can also be eliminated by rubbing soap into the appropriate areas.
