Instructions: Depending on the configuration, the installation location of the front and rear windshield washer pump "V59" may differ slightly from that shown in the figure. However, dismantling is performed in the same way.
Turn off the ignition and all electrical consumers, remove the ignition key. Remove the front left wheel arch liner.
Instructions: To avoid mixing up the hoses supplying the washer fluid to the windshield and rear window washer pump "V59" when connecting, the hose connections of the pump and tubes are marked with color. When installing, the hose fittings must be put on the pump fittings of the corresponding color.
To unlock, turn the locking clips on the hose fittings "3" and -4- and disconnect them from the windshield and rear window washer pump "V59" "2". Pull the front and rear window washer pump "V59" "2" upwards out of the reservoir. Unlock and disconnect the plug connector "1".
Installation is carried out in the reverse order, taking into account the following: Tighten all threaded connections to the specified torques. After installation is complete, bleed the air from the headlight cleaning system.
